That film depicts Tammany Hall era New York elections as fraudulent affairs with grabbing ineligible voters and marching them in to vote then marching them out and shaving them partially and marching them back in to vote again and so forth...basically the exact behavior that Trump is constantly bloviating about.

The man is a tabula rasa every morning and evening...then whatever he watches fills his empty head for a few hours and if someone gets a mic in his face it simply pours out unfiltered.
