Is it an Illegal Campaign Contribution if he self deals the campaign of 8 billion of Taxpayer money.
For his Campaign Marketing? To Promote himself to his base.
Since he said it Wasn't an emergency, that he didn't want to do it.
but he Wanted if done faster for the Start of his 2020 Campaign.
Lock him up.
