How about dollar for dollar tax credits for solar or wind?

How about allocating budget resources to private and public sector for partnerships to develop new technology or to efficiently use the technologies we have.

How about the fact that China and European countries are so far ahead of the US in solar technology we should be ashamed.

And this buffoon is the smart Bush?

OMG!!

What a total boob. onehandle Jul 2015 #1
