It's an absolute CERTAINTY that, when he attributes criticisms to "ENVY," he's beyond ever attaining any comprehension of the "average person's" perspective. I was "Class of '61" -- he was "Class of '65" -- within very few miles of one another, but separated by a huge chasm of affluence. I knew some who knew him ... and many in his "orbit" from being a caddy at his cronies' country clubs. He's beyond the pale.
