Wow, they will say anything to try to direct the blame away from themselves. I just watched it again, and you can see the taillights on the cop car when it stops after running the guy over. Then the cop walks back and is standing there looking at the ground and presumably the victim who is hidden by the time stamp. The cops clothing is dark and it looks like there are white letters across his back. So, more proof of what you say--someone is lying! Unless the Tacoma PD dress like ice cream men in white!

In my mind I was envisioning the cop yelling at the guy to do something like get up or stop resisting or...........fill in the blank.

I hope there will be some updates on the victim.
