Missouri - is this good enough for you?

via MPP:

Both the House and Senate passed SB 491, which, among many other changes under the law, creates a new category of misdemeanor — Class D. People charged with marijuana possession of less than 10 grams would not face jail time. Gov. Jay Nixon chose to allow the bill to become law without his signature on May 13. Unfortunately, it will not take effect until January 1, 2017, and only people without prior marijuana convictions will be protected against serving jail time.
