down about ten years ago and gave Corporations a 0% tax rate. Same BS "just wait!!" LIES from Brownback on how Corporations were going to flood into Kansas for that cheap rate.

It of course never happened and Kansas almost went bankrupt because of him AND State Republicans who voted for it.
