I have. It is a form of sexual abuse of a minor. I had it happen to me as an adult in the NY subway. Not the same thing at all as a nip slip or a nudist. "exposed himself nonsense"??? How about your false equivalency nonsense. The fact that you can try that bs here in this forum about a repeat offender is disturbing.
