Sotomayor knows that Roe is going to be overturned. She properly pointed out the political hypocrisy of the Mississippi law and then she called out her brethren for even taking this case in the first place.
Ten years ago I told a friend of mine that Roe was just the beginning and that the conservatives will go after birth control next. Look for one of the Red State Governors to suddenly decide to challenge Griswold vs Connecticut. This court is going to overturn every significant women's rights as well as many of the civil rights rulings from the 50s and 60s.
