4. Democrats have to learn to get on top of the narrative

Democrats raised billions of dollars for the presidential and senate races, less for the congressional ones and were hit and miss with state house elections. That money needs to filter down because now, with the census figures coming in, state legislatures will still be drawing lines that create gerrymandered districts with 80% Democrat voters and spread out the rural districts to get small but effective Republican majorities. Look at the maps, people. The Pittsburgh and Philadelphia area account for just over a third of the entire population of Pennsylvania, but only 10% of the state legislators in both houses come from there. The court had to redraw their congressional districts in 2018 and it made a huge difference, doubling the number of Democrats representing the state. Democrats need to get aggressive and make sure that happens, using those court arguments to push for change.

Radio? Yep, still there. The only radio ads I heard this time around were local politicians. Radio ads are cheap and plentiful. Why didn't the DNC spend more money on those, because they sure had it to spend?
