I am willing to bet this author is one of those people who blew me off when I tried to discuss the growing white non metro non college backlash that was developing even before Obama. Now he is disappointed and pissed.I travel between several bubbles. My home base college educated AAs a multi racial bubble, my gay bubble and a exurban white male bubble from high school. I had no idea Trump would become President but I had a feeling that some politician was rise up and effectively channel this white backlash. I was mentally prepared. This author wasn't.
