Arias claimed that Travis grabbed her in some sort of wrestling hold and 'body slammed' her onto the bathroom floor. It was a tile floor. Being 'body slammed' would most likely have caused her head to bounce off of the floor. Yet, she never exhibited any sort of lump, bump, or concussive injury.

The way I see if, if there is a new trial, her statement to the judge at her sentencing, admitting he was alive when she slit his throat - and her looking back at the family to watch their reaction - somehow I think that would sink her with any jury. I really question how they'd ever even be able to seat one.
