7. Demarcates have immigrated to RED states to make states PURPLE

There are both workers and retirees who have moved to other states and been changing the voting majorities. There are still states in the middle of the country where no sane person would move to except people from third world countries. There is a 30% voting minority, who live in California's rural areas, who vote republican. Demarcates moving to "rural" states is a very slow immigration process. Also in these states home grown democrats leave their states to live a better life in blue states. Texas attracted people with good high tech jobs. I do not think this will occur in other RED states because the "high tech" does not exist in most states.........
