But what makes sense to me is white supremacy groups recruit by scaring White people into thinking that they're going to be replaced, that there will be no place for White people, or that their culture is dying out. Once recruited, it would be easy to encourage members to get jobs as police officers as a way to stem the tide (the added benefit being that the white supremacy group now has friends on the force to look the other way whenever they do something wrong).

But also, you don't need groups doing this - the more ambitious, "intelligent," racists will come to this conclusion on their own and join, seeing themselves as the last bulwark against all the forces they think are out to replace Whites.

And I Googled Bulwark to make sure I was spelling it correctly, and the first link up was to a neoconservative opinion website created by Bill Kristol called, "The Bulwark." Coinky-dink?
