The difference, IMO, is that they were not, to my knowledge, saying mean things about the Democrats .

The 1 % issue is front and center in this election ~ and Rethugs have been firm about not moving off of being selfish ~ it looks good on the evil doers, IMO.

Maybe Bush and Kennedy bragged about their wealth but I don't recall anyone complaining about those two being rich.

This is different.
