The point i am trying to make is that after the initial investigation and release...how can a prosecutor prosecute? The only way they can arrest and convict is if the Dept. of Justice and FBI can find and charge the Sanford police with falsifying evidence on a racial basis.
Otherwise the defense will have the Sanford Police for witnesses and the state has nothing. Tell me how to correctly apply that one. Who will the state call in their case? How can the prosecutor take it to trial? None of the protestors, or Al Sharpton, or the TV pundits can be called as witnesses for the state.
The Police in Sanford can not be called because all their testimony is exculpatory. So who the Hell can they call? Ghostbusters?? The Feds have to go first against the Sanford PD.
