specifically and the African continent generally. You ask "Do you honestly believe Africa is incapable..." Such willful ignorance on your part. Do you think the entire African continent works for Nigeria? Do you have any idea the resources and technology the countries involved have? I do. I've spent hours reading up on it and watch the Nigerian newspapers for comments from actual Nigerians. It is both sad and pathetic that you are willing to insult an entire country (the US) when you know zero about the situation.

Short answer: No they don't have some of the equipment the US, UK and France has and they don't have the experts on the situation.
