46. Strawman purchase = got a friend to buy a gun for him

Illegal as hell, and gun stores are SUPPOSED to watch for telltale signs of it (one guy handles the gun, asks questions, etc, and then his buddy steps up to fill out the background check).

Whoever did the straw purchase for this dumbass will also be spending some well-deserved time in prison, methinks.
