should direct your gripes about cuts to Meals on Wheels, education, and other civilian programs. Let's try to keep things in perspective, shall we? Once again I find myself having to remind passionate Liberals - the President is NOT a dictator or king, he doesn't have a magic wand, and it's not his job to make Congress behave. It's ours. Congress, not the Executive Branch, is the most powerful branch of the three in our government especially when it comes to civilian issues.
