that was what he said. believe it or not, that doesn't enter into it. That was what he said, and the fact that that little fucker is encouraged bothers me. Do you have a link where Obama says Lindsey Graham saying that he finds the conversation they had incredibly encouraging. is bullshit and he ( Graham) has no reason to be encouraged?
