2. Yknow theyve been knocking on the doors for years now,,,

I know people in IT who told me years ago, they can watch IP addresses try getting into certain areas(they can identify where the ip's are coming from and they know where they are trying to get into) 24x7x365.
But, since they cant get in, they really cannot do anything against them. On the other hand, the private company software some government agencies use, day in day out, are always being tested by people looking for faults. And when found, they are exploited. The private companies take a good deal of time 'patching' their product. Duging this time who knows who gets into whatever.
It is a very scary time.
