What do we do with him, and them, now? If he is returned to Yemen, I imagine he will either be killed on sight or, at the very least, locked away in a dungeon forever. He can hardly come to the United States mainland as a free man.

The President doesn't need yet another problem, but it looks like the appeals court has just handed him one.
