101. Hold the parade/Birthday Party indoors at the White people's White House

Have the Sherman tanks crash through the walls of the West Wing while the DICKtator is seated at the Resolution desk in the Oval Office.

Then have the tanks, marching bands, and army guys marching in formation all through the West Wing and then crash through the opposite wall, while singing Happy Birthday at the top of their lungs.

Any damages to the White House - just add it to the trDUMP personal reimbursement accounts as Birthday Party expenses.
