If they don't have that authority (I don't know either way) then she's being deported, and she won't be freed. However, bringing her back to MA, I'm not sure. Seems I recall there was already an order not to remove her from MA, which was ignored (or came down after she was moved). So apparently , rightly or not, the judiciary can't make ICE bring her back to detention in MA. And I'm not sure what value that would have 
Anyways, this whole thing is fucking bullshit
