27. I was never going to fly them again after a recent problem but this change my mind.

I was left stranded in the computer meltdown last summer and felt Delta didn't do enough to help me get a hotel or another flight.

But I'll forgive that and let them know I'll be flying them again since they've stood up for DEI when others cowardly dropped it.
