2. DoD must worki for peace

It will slow down the sexual assaults, it will bring down all kind of abuses and crime, it will make the families of defence personel heal from the bruises of warfare, it allow for good health care so that the money already invested in technology and research for health makes to the application stage, the true application. Non stop breeding under warfare conditions makes all kind of people damaged. DoD must work for peace, NOW, now is the correct time, all it takes is a few decisions, the correct and truly intellegent move is PEACE.
