Former Vice President Dick Cheney will vote for Harris, his daughter says [View all]

Former Vice President Dick Cheney, who was George W. Bush’s No. 2 and served in Republican administrations, will vote for Democrat Kamala Harris in the November election, his daughter said Friday.

Former congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said that her father will join her in supporting Harris in her race against Republican nominee Donald Trump.

“Dick Cheney will be voting for Kamala Harris,” Liz Cheney said during an appearance at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin.

Liz also endorsed Colin Allred over Ted Cruz for Texas.
