I predicted that he'd try to cut Social Security in the fully-fake debt ceiling crisis. He did.

I predicted that he'd try to cut it again after the election. Then I thought that prediction was totally wrong, and was pretty happy about it. But now...

Not bad, eh? Did you predict those things?

As to how the whole thing will end up... hard to tell. Predicting the outcome of a collision between predatory plutocrats and the basic human decency of hundreds of millions of Americans is like predicting a fight between Ditka and The Hurricane. Your skills may be better than mine in this regard.
