gamed the system and did things like taking loans completely encumbering any value to the assets and having the proceeds to those loans in offshore accounts. I'm wondering if criminal proceedings could take place for his conduct in the bankruptcy proceedings. False documents, swearing to false statements etc. sort of thing.
