Usually at that point, there aren't any follow up prosecutions. This time there is.

But we're talking about a man who is probably the 1st person ever prosecuted solely for falsely checking "no" on the Federal Firearms form 4773 question F, a box that millions of others have falsely checked off without a 2nd thought and nary a consequence.

The cruelty is the point.
