from day one imho. Force the union to go on strike and then claim it must go into bankruptcy. Edited to add: Actually they made crappy unheathy products and on purpose too. They didn't keep up with what the public wants. The employees only did what they were told.

These greedy thieving bxstards wanted deals, and to break the unions and to force the costs on to taxpayers. If the USA could just deport/outsource the Wall St financial sector to China the USA would be better served. They connive on ways to make money while doing nothing that is productive or beneficial except to those in their own little club.
