Remember, these bank execs tremely wealthy people. I'm sure they didn't even miss that amount of money. Giving it back is definitely the right thing to do.

I wonder how much money SVB execs gave Trump. However much it was, we can rest assured that he won't part with one red cent unless there's blackmail involved.
