Washington Post The Supreme Court will continue providing live audio streams of all its scheduled oral arguments this upcoming term, which starts Monday.
In a statement, the court said the practice — which was adopted during the pandemic — will remain, with a link to the audio feed being made available on the homepage of the court’s website. Oral argument audio and a transcript of the arguments will be posted on the same website each day.
The public, press and members of the Supreme Court bar also can sit in the courtroom for oral argument sessions. Masks will be optional for oral arguments.
