Judges can be wrong, too!!!
I can imagine a judge not giving the benefit of the doubt, before making a decision...judges are not all knowing, or even well intentioned...some judges, like Mark Ciavarella took bribes from developers of juvenile detention centers...the judge then presided over cases that sent juveniles to those same centers!
Just because the judge is an African American female form Los Angeles, and a registered Democrat...doesn't mean she's infallible!
