Justices seem to be a stubborn (and a bit selfish) bunch, so save your breath. They will retire when they are good and ready or die on the bench.

She is correct but it was blasphemy when the same thing was said about Ginsburg.

With Ginsburg, it was a Republican Senate majority. They would never have confirmed a Democrat.
