One plume went over the Oscura Mts, across Chupadera Mesa (which I can see from my house & still has plutonium on it's ridges) and over Cedarvale (where my friend lives) - continuing up NE New Mexico. Other plumes went east and west of the Trinity Site. There were so many ranches in the area and none of the people were notified.

And just as the country is waiting for a pandemic recovery plan, New Mexicans are still waiting to be included in the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) found in U.S. House Bill 3783.
