But if we get an acceptable one, say $1.6 Trillion through a normal vote, we can then get something else big like expanding Obamacare or student loan reform through reconciliation.
Its a moot point as the Reps presented their plan and its a joke, so the relief bill will be what we use reconciliation for this year.
