Unless it's a certified service animal, you can't travel with it any longer.
I have yet to take my small dog with me on a trip, but now it looks like that is no longer possible.

I don't think so. Small ones that fit in a carrier under the seat can still be brought along. n/t

Alaska itself says small pets are allowed in carriers under the seats. You think it's wrong?
