makes people change lanes to pass them.
If someone is gonna drive slow, stay in the right hand lane, please. That's where you are suppose to be by law.

I've seen people drive the speed limit in the left lane. Is that wrong/illegal?

I don't deal with the daisy chain lane. I stay in the right lane. And drive over the speed limit.
