15. Wisconsin and Minnesota have a history working together on various things

Both states are part of the Great Lakes Compact, they both have a reciprocity agreement with each other where their students can attend college in either state and pay the in-state tuition rate, and although it expired several years ago they used to have an agreement where you only needed to file a single income tax if you lived in one state but worked in the other.
