14. I wonder..

When the climatologists..and meteorologist start referring to weather from a decade (or more) ago as the norm...?

Rather than comparing recent years against one another as the "norms"..

"Last year folks, we had 100 inches of rain.." "This year only 50!"...How do they make an intelligent forecast
based on such extremes...every year now it seems...
