I'll never forget when GW Bush uttered those ominous words at an re-election rally. His implication that he deserved a second term because only he has the secret plan to the war he started was shameless.

For a man who's sensor for shame was surgically removed at birth, I can imaging the phrase being: "I'm a Ten Star General". and "If I don't win the election I'll have to end the Iran War the fast way.
