4. well, there are a lot of Americans that are stupid... and a lot that are not.

Apple isn't spending that much in America. It keeps much of it's profits over seas waiting for Romney's tax rates to go down and it supports the Chinese workers and economy. Oh, and much of their parts come from Korea too! They keep suing themselves for some reason. That's stupid.
