being held hostage hasn't reduced the stress of those who are poor and have a preexisting condition. If the ACA is destroyed altogether the quality of life of many will worsen and there will be more deaths from suicide. The availability of guns doesn't help either.

I expected this...it is reality in the US in 2019. It will continue as long as the GOP and tRump are in control and power and probably will take awhile to decline even after their influence is voted out. Votes do count people, WAKE UP GOP voters and vote in your own best interest not what the GOP tells you is your best interest.
