I have always been informed that they seldom have any kind of accurate account of those who have basically given up on working anywhere and doing anything because of various reasons. Have they finally figured out how to account for these Americans? I am very curious, as that fact alone would be such a strong indicator that they are lying out of their collective asses. I know this is a statistic that often goes unnoticed and therefore can't have any bearing in that number they are tossing about, yet these people represent a bigger faction of the population than most people want to admit...
