Our Dems are not caving -- Trump is. At one point the Dems actually offered him a fig leaf so he could say he got something, but he said no, threw his pablum against the wall and shut down the government.

Then the Dems (read: Mme Chair) fancied it up and offered him less money. Some here said the Dems were gonna cave. Uh, no, they offered him less money.

And it is happening again. Nancy Pelosi was right: Trump is going to end up with a beaded curtain that he'll have to call a wall.

And I'm saying the only way he can claim it's Mexican is if he sends one of his kids to the Tijuana bazarre to buy one for him.
