1. "right to decide whether to do business"

Whatever their motivations, this is a sound way to state one's right or intention. But it's almost begging the question if this right is based on religious intent - the corporation deems the use of the drug immoral. Can corporations have firmly held religious beliefs? Or is their right to decide based on sound business practices - avoiding unpopular publicity, or even liability. It beats trying to force others to adopt one's religious beliefs.
