I highly doubt this. drumpf would not push anything that would involve Russia, absolutely would not hurt them in any way. They are pushing this to try to make it seen that he's not just a russian tool, when he totally is. They notified russia of the exact timing and targets so he could tell Assad and no one would be hurt and he only targeted 3 of the 12 known chemical sites so Assad has plenty of chemicals left. I would be really surprised if russia didn't plan the chemical attack just to help provide their tool with a distraction for the country from his legal jeopardy. Several sources have said that it didn't appear the chemicals were dropped from a plane and there are reports of Russia going into the site and working there afterwards. Hiding the evidence that it was them that did this in the first place?
