3. hell freezes over, chris christie is actually right about something.

comey's after-the-fact rationalization of his inexcusable actions is laughably false.

there's zero chance comey did it because he wanted to do hillary a political favor, based on polling and based on his perception of the perceived legitimacy of a hillary presidency had waited until he determined if there were any new emails before making the information public.

the excuse is a lie, made up after the fact, because comey can't admit (possibly to himself) that he caved to republican pressure.

that said, christie's right. comey's violated at least two doj policies knowing it would have an impact on the election. claiming it was to help hillary's legitimacy doesn't make it any less of a violation of doj policies.
