(9,688 posts)10. For this crowd, mean-spiritedness and cruelty seem to be goals in themselves.
For legislative initiatives, executive orders, and handling of personnel matters, cruelty and hatred seem to be the common themes.

It's illegal under the ERISA statute to fire people to deprive them of their pension rights.

Unjust dismissal. A firing requires cause...and I doubt he would lose any pension.

Career non-Trump DOJ officials are recommending to Sessions that he be fired.
